Bringing back classic dining

ENJOYING that relaxed family dining experience is just around the corner at the Monbulk Heritage Bistro.
Owners Mark and Kim Gipp took over the bistro just over a month ago and are already making a name for themselves.
Mr and Ms Gipp are the proud owners of Coonara Springs and have taken the bistro business on as a new and exciting venture.
Diners can enjoy a good, old-fashioned family dining-out experience at the bistro, a place where you can be proud to bring your family and friends for an excellent and affordable meal and night out.
Enjoy the heritage setting and take the opportunity to learn a bit about Monbulk, with historic photographs of the town on display at the bistro.
The bistro also offers alfresco dining, plus a dance floor and a stage for a band to entertain the diners.
The Monbulk Heritage Bistro seats 120 people, and has been totally refurbished to provide an old-fashioned heritage and family-style setting.
All meals offer affordable prices with 95 per cent of the main courses ranging between $16 and $20, with an extensive menu on offer for diners to choose from, and a children’s menu is also available with meals from $6, which includes a soft drink.
Table service and a child-friendly environment are just a few of the drawing cards for this wonderful little bistro that is fast becoming that perfect place for a family night out.
The bistro also has a function room that seats up to 220 people, with cheap and affordable meals from $17 per head.
Anyone interested in trying this new dining experience should check out the Monbulk Heritage Bistro at the Monbulk Bowling Club, 11 Moores Road, or make a booking by calling 9756 6566.
