MONTROSE Automotive Services is revving up for a new beginning.
The familyowned business has relocated to 120 Canterbury Road, Kilsyth, and now sports a modern, improved workshop and office.
Owned by Alan and Pauline Wiltshire, known to locals for their work at the Montrose BP Service Station since 1983, Montrose Automotive Services has installed four new hoists in its workshop, which enables its mechanics to safely raise all types of vehicles and conduct efficient repairs and service procedures.
The staff consists of Alan, two senior mechanics, and two apprentices, including his son Nick.
Alan said customers could expect the same quality service expected of any reputable auto mechanic.
“Our idea is to provide excellent mechanical service and to keep the cost fair and reasonable,” he said.
Customer service is top notch, and Alan said several loan cars were available so services and repairs would not disrupt customers’ daily routines.
Alan said relocating to Kilsyth meant the business could focus primarily on repairing and servicing vehicles.
Montrose Automotive Services provides handbook servicing, brake and clutch repairs, transmission servicing and repairs, electrical repairs and electronic fuel injection servicing, suspension, steering and tyre repairs and replacement, vehicle prepurchase reports and roadworthy certificates, engine tune ups, engine repairs and rebuilds, and complete servicing of all four wheel drives, sedans, wagons and commercial vehicles.
The business is running a promotion for another four months which offers anyone who spends more than $50 at one time the chance to win a monthly prize consisting of accommodation and meals for two people at the Cumberland in Marysville.
