Gypsies take to stage at Aztec

MUSIC buffs can get a taste of the live music scene at The Aztec Bar and cafe in Belgrave next month.
The month will start with the Counterfeit Gypsies performing and recording some of their work for their up-and-coming album.
The Counterfeit Gypsies, a well-known Melbourne band, will perform on Friday, 3 November from 9pm but the kitchen will open at 6pm for people wanting to catch dinner and the show.
The Aztec Bar and cafe will launch the opening of its compact disc shop on Saturday, 11 November, with reggae band Subs taking to the stage at 9pm with support from local band Bee-dupf.
Renowned local performer Ben Kelly will launch his latest CD at The Aztec Bar on Saturday, 18 November.
East Timor Women in Australia will hold a community fundraiser on Sunday, 26 November.
