FOOD critics can enjoy fine authentic French cuisine in the hills at Sacrebleu in Olinda.
Enjoy a range of freshly prepared dishes from garlic prawns, seafood fricassee, cured salmon and peppered steaks to duck with mandarin sauce.
For a complete dining experience join the crowd and enjoy a luscious meal followed by one of Sacrebleu’s mouthwatering desserts.

Sacrebleu owner Michel Le Page said people leave his restaurant with a smile on their faces and full bellies.
He said the restaurant was not afraid to experiment with food and has created many wonderful and unique dishes such as kangaroo in chocolate chilli sauce.
Mr Le Page said Sacrebleu has good food and a good collection of local and imported wines.
The restaurant has been operating in Olinda since late 1998.
Mr Le Page said he always employs chefs who are skilled in French cooking even if they are Australian.
However, he said the chef must understand Sacrebleu’s aims, which is to serve authentic French cuisine.
Sacrebleu has won several awards for its wine list while one of the chefs has been a finalist in the Cordon Bleu Championships.
Diners looking for an authentic French experience can enjoy a meal at Sacrebleu, which is open for lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 3pm and for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday from 6pm to 10pm.
