LOCAL residents can have a BMI – body mass index assessment (at no extra cost) with every bone density test conducted by the Australian Bone Density Testing Centre at Emerald Village Pharmacy on Tuesday, 21 August.
“Ultrasound bone density testing is reliable and effective to assist in assessing the risk of fracture,” said Dr Max Holsman, medical adviser to the centre.
