Salute to dining American style

MELBOURNE’S first and best known American style restaurant Captain America’s Hamburger Heaven is celebrating 20 years in business in Ferntree Gully.
Run by a team of dedicated staff and set in a unique ‘50s era diner, Captain America’s offers an authentic US style dining experience with a full range of both food and beverages that has attracted a huge loyal following over the years.
“We are the original American-style restaurant with more than 40 items on the menu plus seven different US beers,” said owner-manager Paul Dickie.
“Meals range from ribs and wings to burgers and huge steaks.”

The ‘50s style diner is open seven nights a week from 5.30pm to 11pm and is also open for lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
