Vandalism: youths go berserk

A GROUP of youths broke into a house in Chirnside Park last week, smashing every wall and TV screen in sight.
Yarra Ranges CIU Detective Senior Constable Anthony Thomas said a 16-year-old Chirnside Park youth was remanded to face Children’s Court this week.
“The owners of the house were not home at the time, but came home to find their house in a bad way,” Det Sen Const Thomas said.
“We were able to make an arrest shortly after.”
