AUSTRALIA’S most valuable football export, Harry Kewell, is lacing up his boots and visiting Monbulk next month.
The Harry Kewell Academy Masterclass will run a clinic in Monbulk at Monbulk Recreation Reserve on Tuesday 14 April.
Kewell is best known for his exploits with EPL club Leeds United and the Australian Socceroos.
The star aims to offer personalised training, unlike anything else available in Australia, to ensure children are offered the same opportunities as him.
Kewell will teach respect for the ball and precisely what that means.
He will hand down things he was taught early in his soccer life.
A unique component of Kewell’s academy is his pledge to attend every clinic and indeed his commitment to teaching children dedication and respect by way of ownership of the ball.
