LOCAL and mobile, Jim’s Bookkeeping Moondani offers a convenient way to provide people with a wide range of bookkeeping services.
Organising paperwork, compliance with GST, superannuation and WorkCover, providing a link between client and accountant, bringing accounts up to date, making financial reports understandable, reconciliations (checking the accuracy of bank statements and credit card statements), debtors, creditors and payroll, are the many services listed by Jim’s Bookkeeping Moondani franchisee Helen White.
The business is part of the Jim’s Group that consists of more than 2700 franchises.
The Jim’s Bookkeeping division has been operating since the introduction of BAS.
Helen has more than 35 years’ experience in finance and banking, is a MYOB professional partner and a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers.
Helen states that she is also “qualified, competent, experienced, insured, presentable, honest and reliable” and is committed to providing an increasingly essential service.
“Small business owners are finding increased pressure to meet external compliance requirements as well as the need to be better informed on issues such as cash flow, debt, payroll and costs to stay profitable,” she said.
“The small business market is estimated to be 2 million strong, employing over a third of the workforce.
“These are largely home-based, single operators, needing support from a professional, local bookkeeping service that works closely with local accountants.”
Business has been so busy lately that Helen is looking to employ a part time or casual person to assist her and would be pleased to hear from anyone interested.
Based in the Dandenong Ranges, Helen can be contacted on 13 15 46 and is available 8am-8pm Monday to Friday.
