THE Selby Community House celebrates its 30th birthday with a free Music Festival on Saturday, 26 November from 10am to 11pm. Two stages and more than 30 acts. The Selby Community House is in Wombalana Road, Selby. Entry is Free. Information on 9754 2039.

Tennis open day

Trash and treasure
SILVAN Rural Fire Brigade is holding its annual trash and treasure and plant sale on Saturday and Sunday, 3 and 4 December. Donate unwanted goods by bringing them to the station on a Wednesday night or by calling Stuart on 9737 9422.
Garden plan

Gift ideas

TRADITIONAL Christmas trees will go on sale from 1st Emerald Scout Group on the weekends of 3 and 4, 10 and 11, and 17 and 18, December from 9.30am to 1.30pm at the Scout Hall, Emerald. Trees $30, trees stands $25.
Fete
THE St Thomas More’s Parish is holding its annual Mountain Doo fete on Saturday, 3 December. Includes best plant stall, home made cakes, Asian foods, an animal farm, trash and treasure and more.

OLINDA Christmas market will be held at Olinda Primary School, Charlemont Lane, Olinda, on Saturday, 26 November from 9am to 3pm. The market features produce, craft and Christmas gift stalls, food, children’s rides and activities. The event coincides with an open day for Olinda Primary School.

Open garden
