The performance will feature a mix of his older songs and new.
As his album rockets into the Australian top 10 music charts, Barnes shows no signs of losing the magic that made him one of Australia’s most iconic rock performers.
Barnes described the sound of his new album, which has been brewing in his mind, for many years.
“Everything that has brought me to this point you will hear on this record,” he said.
“You can experience the acoustic records, the Soul Deep sound, and the hard rock of Cold Chisel.”
Barnes’ Ferntree Gully Hotel performance will take place on 20 August.
Ticket presale prices are $33 and door sales will be $30.
