THE Monbulk Primary Full of Fun Fair will have rides, activities and food to entertain the family on Sunday.
From 10.30am to 3.30pm, the Monbulk Primary School grounds and surrounds will transform into a fun-filled fete to explore and enjoy.
Centre stage family entertainment will include an ‘Animal Tracks’ wildlife show with crocodiles and snakes, a zumba fitness display and Edge Martial Arts presentation.
Visitors can check out tunes from Monbulk Primary Idol competition contestants, Monbulk Primary Choir, local singer and teacher Liam Porter, singer Sally Robbins and Monbulk College bands.
Only the brave will dare take on the dunking challenge and risk getting wet.
Kids – and the young at heart – can get a photo with Santa before he returns to the North Pole to prepare for the festive season.
Children’s art will be on show and for sale. Silent auction bids are open until 3pm.
Community group activities, corvette rides, a spinning wheel and pony rides will keep fair goers of all ages entertained.
Stalls will feature pre-loved books, trash and treasure, plants and flowers, cakes and fresh produce, lollies, showbags and mystery bags.
Visitors can refuel with fabulous food from Posh Nosh Café, and poffertjes, barbecue items, ice cream and soft drinks, fairy floss and snow cones.
Thrill-seekers can ride the cha-cha and chair-o-plane, take the plunge on a bungee jump or inflatable slide, and bounce around on the jumping castle.
Unlimited rides are available with a wristband. They are $25 if pre-purchased and $30 if bought on the day. Without a wristband, rides are $5 each except for bungee tramps, which are two for $5.
The Monbulk Primary School Fair has been run bi-annually for the past five years.
Past students, families, friends and the general community are warmly invited to enjoy the festivities. Call 9756 6481 to volunteer to help.
