School set for extension

A NEW Ferntree Gully Prep to Year 12 autistic school will receive a boost if the State Government is returned to office this weekend.
Deputy Premier Rob Hulls last week committed to funding stage two of relocating Wantirna Heights School to the former Ferntree Gully Secondary College site.
This was in addition to $8 million for stage one in the 2010-11 State Budget.
The project will include new classrooms, administration areas, specialist facilities, and a teacher training facility.
