POLICE have charged a man over a stabbing incident in Doveton last Wednesday, which left a man in a coma.
The Casey Crime Investigation Unit charged 29-year-old Doveton man, Thomas Parr, with intentionally causing serious injury after a 42-year-old Doveton man was stabbed in the upper body on 31 January.
Parr appeared before the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Thursday and was further remanded in custody to re-appear in April.
