Big guns hit off in pro-am

BERWICK Montuna Golf Club holds its pro-am today, when about 75 professionals will play over two shotgun starts.
A former junior member, Ashley Hall, will contest the event.
Hall has consistently been in the top 50 on the Australian OOM, won the Victorian Open and was a top 10 finisher in the Australian Masters.
Mark Allen, a leading professional on the Australian tour and a host of the popular radio segment ‘Chasing Birdies’ on SEN each Sunday, is playing.
Allen has worked on Channel 9 and 10 as a golf commentator. He was also the Australian commentator for the 2002 US Masters.
