A CHINESE exchange teacher at Alkira Secondary College was presented with a Victoria flag on Monday.
Narre Warren South MP Judith Graley presented the flag to Julia Fang, who will be teaching at Alkira Secondary College for two weeks as part of the Bridging Program.
Ms Fang comes from the town Confucius, which is currently celebrating its 30th anniversary. The school she teaches at has more than 100 staff and about 60 students in each class.
Ms Fang said she was excited to be at the college for the program.
