Networking night for local creatives

Cardinia Shire Council invites artists to kick off 2023 at a creative networking night aimed at visual artists who want to learn more about how they can get involved in the arts locally.

Join local creatives and artists on Wednesday 22 February from 6pm to network and discover opportunities in greater south-east Melbourne.

This free networking night at Hills Hub in Emerald will provide information about upcoming arts programs and inspire attendees to activate creative venues in Cardinia Shire and beyond.

Cardinia Shire Mayor Tammy Radford said Council was pleased to support the event and the local arts industry.

“We want to provide local artists with as much information as possible to assist them in their individual creative careers,” said Cr Radford.

The event will feature a mini marketing workshop, information on upcoming residencies, as well as guest speakers. Artists of other disciplines are more than welcome to attend too.

Council is proud to partner with local radio station 3MDR 97.1FM for this event.

Bookings are essential and close on Friday 17 February 2022.

Catering from The General Food Store will be provided.
