MADCOW meeting on proposed Over-55s housing on Main Rd
Monbulk residents are invited to a community meeting on Wednesday, 25 June 2025, to have a yarn about the proposed Over-55s housing development by Sylvan Glades Inc, planned for Main Road. The meeting kicks off at 6pm at the Monbulk Recreation Reserve Pavilion. Architect Jeremy McLead will be there to talk through the plans and answer any questions you might have. It’s a great chance to get involved, hear what’s planned, and share your thoughts. Everyone’s welcome.
