FALCONE & Adams was originally established in 1977 by its founder Joseph Falcone, a lifetime local resident who originally commenced practising as a sole practitioner.
In 1994 Marcus Adams, also a local resident, joined the practice and later became a partner of Falcone & Adams in 2000.
The firm has continued to develop and expand, and now consists of five solicitors and eight support staff, all of whom live in the surrounding area.
In addition to its office at Emerald, Falcone & Adams opened a new office in Pakenham in 2005 as part of the Cardinia Corporate Centre, and with the ever growing population in the Pakenham area this expansion has already proven to be successful.
Falcone & Adams operates as a general practice dealing in most areas of law, including matters of a personal nature such as conveyancing, wills and family law, commercial matters such as building, planning and employment issues and disputes, and police matters.
The firm also conducts high profile and complex litigation and criminal matters, including having recently run successful Supreme and County Court trials, and Supreme and High Court appeals.
