ARMED robbers held up staff and stole cash from a Ferntree Gully hotel last week.
Two men in balaclavas armed with handguns escaped with cash from the Club Hotel at 848 Burwood Highway on Tuesday, 31 October.
The robbers confronted staff and a handful of patrons about 1.40am.
One of the armed men forced a staff member into an office while the second man kept watch.
The robbers took cash from the office before fleeing from the hotel.
They were last seen running north into a nearby football oval.
