Eric arrived in Australia from Hong Kong 25 years ago, having excelled as a five-star pastry chef in some of Hong Kong’s finest hotels.
Eric and wife Barbara, also a chef, established Eric’s Kitchen 15 years ago and began making delicious home-made dim sims and entree food.
Demand was huge and this enterprising duo changed the direction of their business -the rest is history.
Eric’s Kitchen now supplies a wide range of all types of hand-made dim sims, including delicious pork and chicken, tempting curry, vegetarian, beef and even seafood dim sims, although Barbara says that one of the most popular varieties is still her original beef creation.
Eric’s expertise in pastries also amazes the many loyal customers who delight in the delicious beef and vegetarian curry puffs, barbecue pork puffs and mouth-watering sesame prawns that are just perfect for easy entertaining and for finger food at parties.
