KNOX Council has urged residents to have their say on bus services.
Department of Transport (DOT) will hold eastern suburbs bus service review workshops throughout February.
Councillor Mick Van de Vreede said the forum could lead to vital upgrades for Knox.
“It’s imperative that residents interested in public transport come along to these workshops to have their say on local transport issues,” he said.
“Better bus services would be a step in the right direction and could provide a new option for a community dependant on cars.”
Workshop details are available by calling Sharon Rutherford on 9221 1952, before 5 February. Details on how to make a written submission are available from www.transport.vic.gov.au.
