“It’s something you never forget and can always use,” said expert cake maker and business proprietor, Wendy Mazzella.
With more than 20 years’ experience in making delicious designer cakes of all kinds, for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, christenings or engagements, Wendy imparts her culinary knowledge to all those who wish to learn the art of cake making and decorating.
Assisted by Jenny (a former student) Wendy organises great evening and daytime classes to teach the finer points of cake making, cake decorating, colouring, icing and creating gorgeous edible sugar art.
Wendy said that one of her students (Jenny) loved it so much and did so well she was now a valuable part of the business. “We welcome all new students and offer a wide variety of classes to cater for everyone’s needs,” she said.
We choose to have smaller classes so it is a more intimate feel with one-on-one personalised service.
“A customer purchased time in our classes for her mother’s birthday present, which was a great hit with her mother who thoroughly enjoyed the classes, along with the many other mothers we have here.
