THE feet of students from Belgrave South Primary School barely touched the ground on 18 June – but the day was no walk in the park.
The kids skipped their way through Jump Rope For Heart to raise more than $2600 for the Heart Foundation to fight heart disease and stroke.
They also learnt about the value of a healthy lifestyle.
Grade 6 students ran solo, partner and whole grade skipping activities and played music for everyone to hop, skip and jump along to.
