KNOX City’s Red Salmon prides itself on being the best restaurant in Knox and surrounding areas.

Proprietor Bill Bilwani said serving food from a health-conscious menu was the aim. “Our chefs are passionate about food and ensure our suppliers provide the freshest ingredients,” he said.
“We always strive to serve healthy and fresh foods.
“We only use quality vegetable oils and use olive oil where possible.”
Only the best, lean cuts of meat are used in Red Salmon’s dishes and Mr Bilwani said his staff cook with the smallest amount of salts and creams.
Red Salmon boasts facilities available for birthdays, private functions, outdoor events and Christmas parties. It also has alfresco dining areas for summer, which can be heated in winter.
Red Salmon provides menu choices for everyone. Gluten-free options are provided in addition to a kids menu and a set Christmas menu. An extensive cocktail list is also on hand.
