EMERALD Lakers Basketball Club is looking for new recruits.
The club has 28 boys and girls teams and trains on Monday and Wednesday nights at Emerald High School.
They’re looking for more under-8 girls and under-10 boys, but players from any age are welcome.
The Lakers play Saturdays in the Knox Basketball Association, and have won the association’s club of the year for the past three years.
‘The club has developed a great environment to foster the needs of young players of all ages and abilities and welcomes new players,’ girls co-ordinator Rob Fazzino said.
