PREPS at Narre Warren South P-12 College started their year off on the right foot with a lesson in school crossing safety.
Lollipop ladies from the City of Casey visited the school this week to teach preps about how to properly cross the street.
Assistant principal Jenni Johnson said the education program was beneficial in spreading an important message.
“The lollipop ladies were fabulous and very engaging,” she said.
“The students learnt about proper safety measures, which is very important at our school.”
Ms Johnson said the education program was held annually.
“We want the students to start off on the right foot, so to speak,” she said.
“The students absolutely love it.”
