POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a fire that destroyed a basketball stadium at Timbarra P-9 College.
A blaze ripped through the new stadium a week before it was due to open.
Police said the estimated value of the damage is about $2 million.
People have reported seeing several kids on skateboards in the area at the time of the incident.
