CAR enthusiasts can check out an array of vintage, retro and modern vehicles at Westfield Fountain Gate’s first Show and Shine car show this weekend.
Casey residents can look at the cars or bring their own to the car park near Supercheap Auto from 11am until 3pm on Saturday 27 August.
Cars can be displayed for $10 and bikes for $5, with all proceeds going to the Westfield Fountain Gate’s charity partner, Yooralla Narre Warren Children’s Centre.
The centre provides support and programs for children from birth to school age and their families. Yooralla shares an understanding of the families’ challenges, and recognises the importance of the inclusion of every child within his or her community.
The Westfield Fountain Gate Community Program was launched in early 2008 to address these needs in the local community.
A sausage sizzle and light refreshments will be available for purchase on the day. All proceeds from the sausage sizzle and a portion of those from the light refreshments sold will be donated to the Yooralla Narre Warren Central Children’s Centre.
