LIKE mother, like daughter. Nine sets of mothers and daughters from the Berwick Calisthenic Club showed off similar talents and won their division of the state titles in September.
The Berwick masters, ladies aged 26 and over, won the Division 2 trophy at the prestigious state titles on 23 September for the second consecutive year.
Berwick’s Seniors, aged 16 years and over, won the Division 3 trophy and the sub juniors, aged 7 to 9, won the Division 1 title.
Melinda Conn, president of the Berwick Calisthenic Club, said the nine mothers in Masters who collectively have 13 daughters in either Seniors or Sub Juniors gathered together to show off their medallion provided by Calisthenic Victoria in honour of all their wins.
