These three are a great catch

By Gavin Staindl
THREE Berwick-City Cougars have been selected to play baseball for Victoria int eh National Youth Championships in January.
Craig Barnett, Matt Chilcott and Mark Surtees, all 17-year-olds, from the City of Casey will venture to Geelong in the second week of January for the annual championships.
Barnett is a catcher and has been playing for six years after following in the footsteps of father Brett Barnett who is a long-time stalwart at Berwick.
Depending on how he fares in Geelong, Barnett hopes to win a baseball scholarship to an American college.Chilcott has been playing for 11 years, eight of which has been as a pitcher.
Chilcott attributes having a hole in his fence that leads from his house to the ground as his main reason to becoming a talented player.
Surtees will represent Victoria for a second time after making his debut last year.
The tall power-hitter had a choice to train with the Dandenong Stingrays in the TAC Cup or stick with baseball and after his selection into the Victorian team Surtees said he has no regrets sticking to baseball.
