MACCLESFIELD Primary School opened its doors to students, parents and relatives for its open day last month.
Students demonstrated a range of activities and answered questions about their learning, including Toastmasters, reading and writing, numeracy, science experiments, art and the State Schools Spectacular.
Teacher Andrea Goodey said it was a great night.
“Many families and visitors commented during the night on how impressed they were that the students could articulate their learning and the purpose of the activities to support their learning, even the Prep children,” she said.
“It was a fun night for all involved and was a wonderful display of the teaching and learning at Macclesfield Primary School.”
It’s all top class
