A CUSTOMER and staff at Sheer Obsessions received a shock today when a car ploughed through the shop’s front windows.
An elderly woman driving the Holden sedan had apparently mistakenly stepped on the accelerator instead of her brake, causing her car to launch forward and into the Mount Evelyn shopfront.
Nearby shoppers and staff reported hearing a loud bang.
The woman was reportedly in shock but uninjured.
