POLICE from the Croydon Divisional Tasking Unit conducted Operation Rivalries this morning, executing warrants in Ferntree Gully, Montrose, Bayswater, Balwyn and Altona to target drug trafficking.
A clandestine drug laboratory, amphetamine, precursor chemicals and property suspected of being stolen was located and seized.
A 52-year-old Balwyn man has been charged with drug offences and remanded to appear in court on Monday.
A 51-year-old Ferntree Gully man and a 52-year-old Montrose woman have been released pending summons.
A 29-year-old Altona woman was also arrested and charged with drug offences.
They are expected to be charged with drug manufacturing, trafficking and theft-related offences.
