I live in the Dandenong Ranges with my wife Judy. I attended Ferny Creek Primary School, Ferntree Gully Technical School and even worked in the area as local police officer and detective.
I have a campaign mascot “Mr Black”, my big black Great Dane. Mr Black loves my 4WD and attends many functions with me, but he has a major drooling problem and yes I often get drooled on.
The clear message I’m hearing from locals is how difficult their lives have become because of the rising cost of living. The Coalition has real solutions to reduce cost of living and get Australia back on track.
As a former police officer, I lived by the motto “never make a promise unless you can keep it” and as the former MP for La Trobe I made sure every commitment I made was delivered. I will again ensure all my election commitments including a massive $3 million for bushfire fuel reduction and weed eradication in the Dandenong Ranges are delivered as promised.
