A FERNTREE Gully man has been charged following several alleged incidents of wilful and obscene exposure at a cafe in Mulgrave on 1 October.
A 44-year-old Ferntree Gully man was charged with stalking, indecent behaviour and 22 counts of wilful and obscene exposure.
He was bailed by police to attend the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on 6 March.
