Road rage court sequel

A CASE of road rage turned violent in Cockatoo last Friday afternoon.
A 20-year-old Cockatoo man has been charged and will appear in court after he allegedly dragged a man along the road by holding his arm and driving off.
The victim sustained minor injuries after he was dragged for several metres.
The man initially approached the other man accusing him of bad driving, after which he chased the other road user before he sought refuge at a residential property. Police are unsure if this was his house.
The offender then left before later returning with a hammer and threatening the man, then using the car to drag him.
He has since been bailed and will appear at the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on 22 July.
