RUMOURS around town that KFC has purchased the Snooty Fox site in Olinda are completely false, according to a spokesperson for the fastfood chain.
“It is just chatter and rumour,” the spokesperson said.
“We have not purchased the site, and we are not considering that land.”
The spokesperson said the chain can also rule out a store in the Yarra Ranges.
“We are not purchasing or intending on purchasing land in the Dandenong Ranges, nor do we have any plans at this time.”
