Mr Wilson is a traditional tradesman and master craftsman who can custom make furniture and restore all types of furniture.
“I design and craft everything from lounges, chairs and sofas to Ottomans and bedheads using quality materials,” he said.
“I really get a kick out of seeing someone’s smiling face when I deliver back a piece of furniture in original condition that may have been in the family for a long time.
“It’s probably the main reason I got into this business in the first place.”
The talented restorer can strip a piece right back to the bare frame and check the structural integrity or he can re-cover, re-spring and spruce up the piece.
“I re-dowel and re-glue if needed and have a great range of fabrics to choose from,” Mr Wilson said.
“I also provide free fabric protection.
“It really does depend on what the customer wants.”
Mr Wilson said he offers discounts for pensioners and is happy to provide free quotes.
“Part of my service includes a no-obligation visit to a house with sample books to discuss colours and the work required,” he said.
“I also have a free pick-up and delivery service available.”
