YARRA Ranges Council is giving residents the chance to have their say on the new Belgrave Community Health Hub.
In partnership with Inspiro, the council is building a new health service that will provide a range of community health, council and emergency relief services.
An information session will be held this Thursday night for residents to give feedback on the proposed building design.
Mayor Maria McCarthy said it was important that people living in the shire were given the opportunity to contribute.
“Belgrave Community Health hub is for the community and we want to know what they think of the design,” councillor McCarthy said.
“This is a $8.7 million project that will change the way council and community services are delivered.”
Feedback can also be given online at www.yarraranges.vic.gov.au/Belgrave-Health-Hub or through a form collected from Belgrave Library, Dandenong Ranges Emergency Relief Service, Inspiro or Youth Services.
The session will be held on Thursday 26 February from 5.30pm to 6.30pm at the Youth Services House, 1616 Burwood Highway, Belgrave.
Consultation closes on 6 March.
