THE Mount Evelyn faithful warmed to each other’s presence on Friday 16 October, as many participated in the Community Campfire Night. A healthy turn-out attended the Mount Evelyn Scout Hall for a night of entertainment, food and bonding. Among the packed itinerary included a five-piece band, damper making, marshmallow toasting and free children’s activities. All this with the central being the humble but alluring campfire.
