METRO Trains have suspended services between Ringwood and Upper Ferntree Gully on the Belgrave line, reporting a person has been hit by a train.
Emergency Victoria has reported a person may be trapped by the train though details are unclear at this time.
Customers for the Belgrave line have been advised to use other forms of transport and buses have been ordered to collect those stranded at train stations.
