Thousands of residents from the Dandenong Ranges took to the streets of Belgrave with their homemade lanterns over the weekend to help light up the night. The eleventh annual lantern parade was nothing short of dazzling as thousands of glowing lanterns, bright lights and radiant firetwirlers dotted Belgrave main street with a string of vibrant and scintillating array of colours, that lit up the smiling, glowing faces of the participants.
