Yarra Ranges CIU Detective Sergeant Pat Barrow said the duo allegedly forced entry to the Kaola Street house in the early hours of Saturday 14 July.

He said they assaulted the occupants and stole property.

Detectives executed warrants in Selby and Rowville on Thursday 19 July in relation to the incident.

Det Sgt Barrow said they arrested a 24-year-old Rowville man and a 23-year-old Selby man and charged them with home invasion, aggravated burglary, assault and theft.
