Hopes for long-lost-woman

Police have not given up hope on finding missing woman Joanne Gaye Deason, who was last since in Gembrook on 22 August 2003.

Then in her thirties, Ms Deason left a note for her boyfriend stating she was going to school and would be home in the evening. Joanne failed to return home.

Police inquiries show that Joanne did not arrive at school. She was living with depression that the time of her disappearance.

Born in 1972, Ms Deason is described as Caucasian in appearance, 160cm tall with hazel eyes, light brown/auburn hair and a fair complexion.

She would now be 46 years old.
