Police are appealing for public help to find 70-year-old Isabel Barlow.
She was last seen at a hospital on Albert Street, Upper Ferntree Gully about 5.45pm on Monday 10 September.
It’s believed she might have been seen walking towards shops on Boronia Road, Upper Ferntree Gully.
Police have concerns for her welfare due to a medical condition which requires medication.
Isabel is about 160 centimetre tall, with a medium build and light brown hair.
She was last seen wearing a grey hooded jumper and dark tracksuit pants.
Police also released an image of Isabel in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her whereabouts.
