MANY early-risers in the region would have admired the morning mist this week. Almost every sunrise, the mist has sat beautifully among the renowned ranges hills, creating spectacular, ever-changing landscapes. This has inspired some happy-snappers in our region. One early riser was John deBoer, who captured this image of a cluster of air balloons floating over the mist-laden mountain-scape at Christmas Hills, just near the Sugarloaf Reservoir. Another was Stefan Mazur, who snapped an image of the sunshine trying to break through the fog on the Yarra flats near Healesville.
