An upgrade for the Yarra Ranges Special Development School is a step closer.
Eastern Victoria Region MP Harriet Shing on 27 March announced that Bowden Corporation had been appointed to deliver the Mount Evelyn school’s $1.1 million upgrade.
She said the project would provide a bright and modern working environment for teachers and staff, and help students to reach their full potential.
The upgrade will include demolishing the relocatable administration building and building a permanent replacement.
