Collision in Ferntree Gully

A woman was taken to Knox Hospital in a stable condition with no obvious injuries after a collision on Burwood Highway, Ferntree Gully yesterday.

The CFA was notified at 1:09pm to reports of a vehicle accident on Wednesday 15 June and crews found one vehicle had crashed into a garden shed on arrival.

Two CFA vehicles attended with support from Fire Rescue Victoria and the SES, working with the SES to extract a patient.

The patient was then assessed by Ambulance Victoria and the scene was declared under control at 1:17pm.
