Patties Food Group is conducting a recall of three ready meal products that have been available for sale at Coles, Woolworths and independent retailers including IGA and No Waste Australia nationally.
The below products with the following best before dates are affected:
On the Menu Entrée 3 Cheese Macaroni (260g) – Best before date: 27/03/26 & 14/03/26
On The Menu Entrée Beef Lasagne (260g) – Best before date: 12/03/26 & 20/03/26
On The Menu Entrée Spaghetti & Meatballs (260g) – Best before date: 19/03/26
The recall is due to an error on the packaging as the oven cooking instructions are not compatible with the product tray. The tray may melt if oven cooking instructions are followed.
Customers should return the products to the place of purchase for a full refund.
Patties Food Group states that the product is safe to consume if microwave instructions on the pack are followed.
